I find myself not wanting to eat at restaurants anymore, I don't trust the ingredients they use
Discussion
they all literally buy frozen food from one or two companies and sell it at different prices....like macarons are all frozen and then put out at bakeries. I like The Confectionery in NYC, they are vegan but you can't tell, and they make them from scratch. We will need a bitcoin map of restaurants only that use ingredients from healthy sources. (idea, ignore)
I just took my dad, stepmom and daughter to a breakfast spot. Nothing special. The bill for 3 cups of coffee, three inlets and kids pancakes was $94 after tip. Paying that much for crap food is just not fun. I could have made the same thing and done the dishes in less time than it took us to drive there.

It'd be a smart choice to drop em... I don't eat out. The first years in the US 19 years ago, eating out, supposedly at the best restaurants destroyed my gut. I learned the hard way.
Seed oils, msg, glyphosate and all the other crap... No thanks.
Just to name a few:
* Fully hydrogenated cottonseed, soy and rapeseed oil
* Enriched flour to block the full horomone and make you feel hungry sooner
* Vegetables saturated in fish tank cleaner throughout their growth
* Salt chemically processed with sodium ferrocynaide which inhibits essential gut bacteria and promotes slime growth
* olive oil (if you can get it) cut with soybean oil
* Mayonaise and salad dressings made with pure soybean oil
All Posion

And, with the prices, itβs hard to justify going out for ok tasting food. Especially, when I can cook better.
You know, it's bad when you can't even trust the cheese π§ they're using
