Voskuil addresses this in Cryptoeconomics. Bitcoin cannot be secured by favorable legal ruling in a given jurisdiction precisely because of international sanctions. Bitcoin can only be secured by individuals acting without permission from the state, which includes protections under any constitutional amendment.
Right. So why do you think the government is trying to refine it as a weapon?
