Still it is a good start and you can improve over time.

I love hiking and Nature but health has had its "challenges" and need to find a bakance between tge healing of forest bathing and mindful walk but not to overexhaust. Tiday I had to run cos a storm unleashed (bad keep nd if ⚡) and realized I still need to get things easy.

It is a good idea to take it slowly and it seems like I am pretty bad at that. Too much activity too much exhaustion 😂
