Well I do not see the issue. I trust people in general. If it is the case that they try to do something wrong, they get the appropriate payback. Like in the old times.

No. I know bad people I read it in their eyes. Mostly they can get addresses and habits to know when the house is empty. Still you can handle it with some good practices
