Yes, but under Roman occupation it was known as Judea, the words Jew and Judaism were also both words the Romans made up to label the people after naming the province Judea.

And Gaza was known as Philistine at that time.

I think Samaria was like southern Lebanon but I may be wrong.

My point is these names are not even the Hebrew/Aramaic names, they were named by the Roman occupiers.
