Practice gratitude: Try to find something to be thankful for in every situation, no matter how small it may be.

Look for the positive: Instead of dwelling on the negative aspects of a situation, look for the positive aspects and focus on those.

Change your perspective: Sometimes changing your perspective can help you see the good in a situation. Try looking at the situation from a different angle or considering what you can learn from it.

Keep a journal.

Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness can help you focus on the present moment and appreciate the good things in your life.
