Is it possible to hide user's relay entire list from public view?

Is it possible to show only specific relays in public relay list?

Why am I asking?

Maybe I am connected to some private relays, used only for private stuff with limited people and I do not want others to sneak into them (even that they are not allowed to connect).

Right now, I have to create a separate nostr account for those private relays, but maybe sometimes I want to use my public nostr account in the same time.
