This is definitely **rural** testing, and it's apparently spreading up the Northeast coast. I don't even necessarily care who's doing it, or why they're doing it, I don't want it.
I'm sure if they did, there would be widespread anger over privacy violations or fear and panic over whatever it is they say they're protecting us from.
Either way, I don't like the "trust me, bro" implication.
