Yes, from "The Last Dance", about the last championship won by the Chicago Bulls with Michael Jordan. It became famous because Jordan explained he took many thinks as a personal issue, and when he felt that way it motivated him to do great games scoring 40 points or so to show his dominance and value.
I think Odell shares it as we should take thinks as "personal", so we can be motivated to bring our best. Not sure 😃.
