How many listeners did you have? The only restraint for listeners is the size of the server. I have been asking people to hammer this thing for over a month so that I can gauge the size that's needed. I've never seen a room over 75 people. I will gladly up the resources and pay for a bigger pool if and when we need it.

I know you mentioned you are working on it but having a directory of active Nests with speakers (and listeners who you follow) would be helpful. Also, down the line integration with Nostr clients to visually see who’s in Nests as you are scrolling would be sweet (bird app style). Would that require a NIP to be implemented?

Adding active Nests would be a large change, but one I'd like to see added as well. I think for now an easy fix would be to add links to popular rooms on the homepage. It would be static, but a nice placeholder until we were able to make it dynamic.

Yes, that type of change would most likely need a NIP as well as a lot more modifications to Jam. Everyone would need to sign a transaction that they've joined to post an event of a certain kind for listening participation and then another one for speaking participation.
