On Amethyst if you hit the three dot button on the top right and hit share a njump url is given to share to anyone
I've never had an issue with either. Though a few oddities were discovered with njump.me (you'd get there with Amethyst) however those were fixed.
Do you have a specific noteid that doesn't work?
