You can use nostr.mom , free relay that have a bit of spam filter. A bit safer for global, almost no spam for now :)

Btw, does nos.lol have same spam filter already like nostr.mom ?
He says "interaction" so something additional to following I guess..
Nos.lol has a different algo, much more "allowing" than mom but still works good.
