Absolutely scarce, infinitely divisible, portable, zero depreciation ect.
However, the favorable tax and lending environment in the real estate market make it very attractive. Being able to put as little as 5% down on a property that is generating yield could be a very powerful tool to gain more bitcoin and grow wealth.
Buy a property with little money down, add value, refinance to buy bitcoin, use cash flows to DCA Bitcoin, use depreciation to lower tax bills, borrow against the bitcoin to buy more properties.
This method allows you to grow your Bitcoin stack, short the dollar, lower taxes, and grow a portfolio of income generating properties.
