Allow me to clarify that I’m not trying to deify Bitcoin or create idols. Bitcoin is not God, but God is Bitcoin. Just like you are not God, but God is you. And if you accept the notion that everything is energy, that God is energy, and keep in mind that power corrupts and money is power, then the importance of an incorruptible power can become clear. And that is exactly what Bitcoin represents.
Fair enough, I guess that's part of the gift and the curse when writing in aphorisms like this - it leaves a lot (potentially too much) up for interpretation.
