Preparations for tomorrow almost ready, all these are down! Our national cultural thing is to eat fish soup and fish and potato salad and trust me, they're not as healthy as they sound. Our Eve dinner is a gallbladder killer.

French have mirepoix and Americans holy trinity I believe, we have base taste combo of celery, parsley (both roots) and carrots. But I'm doing grilled pumpkin with kurkuma as a soup base this year, it tastes nearly the same.
