There's something I don't get about nip65, so the goal is to allow a user to have 2-4 relays and it can even be obscure relays, and clients should spread the user relay options across many relays so that they know where to find user notes. But why couldn't the same be done with kind 3? Spread the user kind 3 across many relays.
