#Fulton County grand jury is STILL hearing from witness #5. They were hearing from witness #5 more than two hours ago. That's five out of an expected 10 witnesses.

Judge McBurney just popped in the courtroom and basically said to deputies he’s just waiting around and there’s one more thing, so it’s possible it could be later tonight we actually get indictments.
It appears some witnesses are still with the grand jury; no clue on timing.
