I want a client that will boost a note, but it will wait a bit so that you're not boosting it the same time as everybody else but instead a few hours later so that the people that missed it can see it.
Otherwise I'm just one of the other 20 people frantically boosting a really cool note.
Cost: 1 sat per minute delay or something or perhaps the inverse; the longer you wait to boost, the cheaper it is.
