When men say that their wife doesn't mind them cheating, they're actually saying that their wife doesn't think cheating is very bad.
I don't know, if they realize that they are saying that, but they are.
One has to jump over so many mental hoops and perform such mental gymnastics to get there. But hey, to each its own.
