Sweden is among the worst in the world. Only about half of stores accept cash, and cash payments are only a few percent. Not sure if counted by number or by value. There is a movement, Kontantupproret, that is trying to get cash to remain, but its impact has not been huge so far, AFAIK. Strangely enough, though good for its image among average people, it's led by Björn Eriksson, a former director of the Swedish Coast Guard, the Swedish Customs Service, the Swedish police, and president of Interpol.
