when you plan a trip pack the clean carnivore diet you're used to. 3 meals in a row of fast & diner food is wreaking havoc.

how the actual f do people do this all the time? (no replies required. rhetorical. I know we're sicker than ever as a species)

As someone who sees lots of toilets used by people on vacation, it's safe to say that any sudden drastic change in diet can lead to some explosive experiences.
