I've posted this before, but if yall love mayo as much as I do, and want to avoid those nasty oils most store mayo brands use, make your own. We eat alot of mayo, so I found a recipe that gives me consistent results without any fuss. I mix it all and store it in the same jar, so dont have to wash alot of dishes. I use an immersion blender, which works great for the quart jar I use. I double the recipe to make a quart jar, instead of pint jar. Store bought avocado mayo is pretty pricy imo.

1 egg

1 cup avocado oil

1 tsp mustard (any mustard will do)

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

Crack your egg into the jar, then add all other ingredients, just add oil last. Use immersion blender to mix, and thats it.

this reminds me of the one time I attempted to make mayo. To be healthy, I used only the egg whites rather than the yolk. I hand whipped the concoction for over a half hour lol.

It made decent salad dressing..d'oh.
