Yeah, I was wondering if the relay is free or if it costs a few sats to read and write.
When you say “if you can write to it”, what do you mean?
In Damus, I added it to my relay list - normally I can read and write to any of those (provided I’m connected and my npub has permission when it’s a paid relay). Is there another precondition for writing to yours (perhaps WoT-relayed) that I’m overlooking?
Ha, or perhaps by following the very developer-y steps listed on GitHub?
If I add it to my relay list and don’t follow those steps, can I read-but-not-write?

Damus doesnt have options to set relays as read or write. Relays are added as both (i assume).

Yes - correct - re: adding relays to Damus as both. (I just assume if a relay is read-only then it would t accept my notes in that case)
