Good morning my fellow Nostriches!

It's Friday so I'm a little more tinglier on the inside then most days.

This week, we have been decluttering city living space. It feels good as I have one foot in the mountains pulling the other foot (slowly) out of the city.

We have a few more rooms to do this weekend.

The pooch is like "am I next?!". Of course not. But she doesn't know this. She's a #dog #runningman.

Off to get a 30 minute (muddy) #run on.
