As you grow older, it becomes harder to distinguish between where you’ve changed and where the world has changed.

I used to consider myself left of center. Now I don’t give a fuck, but I am considered by my friends and family to be more right leaning - whatever that means.

Have I changed? Of course.

Has the land-scape changed?

HOLY SHIT!

What’s crazy to me is how many people let themselves be swept away in the change.

And how much they think they are what they’ve always been.
