The NOK is also weaker than I have ever known in my lifetime.
I couldn't believe it when a few years ago I was seeing more and more token wind turbines go up, which are pissing in the ocean compared to the amount of reliable hydropower that is available.
Windpower is inherently unreliable to the grid. And often when they estimate how much energy they will produce, they always calculate in perfect conditions where the wind blows the perfect speed, etc. The reality is entirely different.
And you should have a look at the massive electrification of many offshore platforms.
Scrapping gas turbine and pulling km of cable to channel power from shore! Insane!
