Just like I flip between a streak of caffeine and non-caffeine, I flip between tea and coffee when I am drinking caffeine.

I like tea mostly because the L-Theanine slows the metabolism of the caffeine mitigating my jitters when I do jump back into caffeine after being off it for awhile.

Sipping on something also helps me focus and I can sip tea a lot longer while getting less caffeine than I would had I been sipping on coffee.
