Not at all, blacks shoot each other more than any other group, including police.

That is, I believe, statistically correct. I wouldn’t be surprised to find the long finger of government causing or at least adding to the problems in those communities though.

Well, I guess you’d have to explain why African countries with black leadership similarly show very high rates of violent crime.
