Yep. I meant more for the contact lists, than the EOL relay meta content.

0/3/10002 are the most important events to be the latest version, without clients updating old state and publishing over an unknown newer event.

yeah, that's definitely true; there is the issue that the contact list is way bigger than both 0 and 10002, so it would make running it at scale much more costly 🤔
