To me, guns are the equivalent of self sovereignty with protection. Just like why i like Bitcoin, it allows me to be the master of my physical/financial fate and not leave it to anyone else.

Nothing quite tickles my appetite for physics, chemistry, ballistics, fluid dynamics etc like learning how to build, shoot well and reload your own ammo.

I love both long range precision, carbine, and handgun. They call the gun “the great equalizer” and from what i have seen its the truth. I also compete with handguns and you will always find disabled, small, older people able to run with the best of them.

The world is violent. There is a difference between being peaceful and being harmless.
