I play indoor soccer a couple times a week, hike, run and hit the gym often. By my mid-30s, I was constantly having foot, ankle and knee pain/issues. I switched to (mostly) carnivore in 2020 and have been issue free since then. It's like magic.

Wow! This is incredible to hear, as my knee is hurting badly for a while and even after taking running breaks etc. it’s not getting any better and inflammation consistently is coming back…

I'd say to give it a shot for 4-6 weeks to gauge if it helps!
