This is giving me flashbacks of my grandpa's garage. That thing was filled with nuts, bolts, nails, spark plugs, sandpaper, and anything else you could fit in the drawers.

Oh and typewriter ribbons, there were typewriter ribbons EVERYWHERE.

It was metal though and yours looks like it's plastic.

yeah, i needed something light. a couple of metal ones are likely in my future though

lol. i hope it's a fond memory. loooove typewriters. i used to have a refurbished 30s underwood modified with a circuit board so i could use it as my keyboard for pc or put a tablet in the paper carriage and plug it in to that. so cool. impractical af but very cool. i hated to let it go. let me see if i can find a pic...

Yeah fond, or at least neutral. He repaired them for a living so always had 4 or 5 spare typewriters, and lots of parts around the house. I used to go over when I was a kid and play (type nonsense words).

glad it's a fond/neutral memory 🙂 wow...repaired typewriters. that's really cool.

found a couple of pics. here she is 💜

Oh that's nice, a classic!
