Talvez o problema não seja a máquina em si e sim a rede, para isolar a máquina teria que ter uma rede totalmente independente, lembre se tudo que é feito na rede alguém sabe seja seu provedor ou sua vpn, se tivesse uma maneira de criar uma rede que sua máquina pudesse enviar e receber sinais a uma certa distância que funcionasse off-line sei lá n leve em consideração kkkk
