How much land?
This property is 15ac+ This is the landowners cabin. He lives in Canada. We are working on his cabin, and also soon building one for ourselves. We will be managing the property for him and monetizing it a bunch if different ways. It is raw land in West TN that was "selectively" logged 15-20 years ago
