Brothers, there's this thing called eltoo. It allows for channel factories. Add in CTV, you get to receive payments while offline

Both are soft forks. Quit advocating for nonproductive restarts, learn about the proposals that actually allow for secure scaling, and pass on the word!

PS: CTV is NOT recursive.
