THEY SHOULD HAVE FOUGHT.

Code is speech. Prosecution case is weak.

They pleaded guilty and now want a light sentence, not because the believe the are guilty but because they don’t want a long sentence.

That is what they gonna get when they surrendered.

They FEDS gonna make an example out of them.

Fighting is expensive and the donations from the community were insufficient. ETH-heads backed the Tornado Cash devs much harder.
