What a crock of shit tor & vpn is not the answer to a problem like that. A approval system even though it is annoying is the more likely solution until something better as a system is made. This still doesn't solve the problem of operators of relays doing things without you knowing like deleting your notes. Also does snyone think about how much data & battery drainage this may eat up on lte?

IMHO on the current Internet protocol stack, Tor, I2P or something like that (but not ordinary VPN) is necessary to hide one's IP address. Regardless if we are talking about Nostr or any other service.

Something like GNUNet maybe solve that in the future if completed and adopted en masse, but it is not likely.

I2p would be a nive second option we just need something to notify you aboit relay actions performed on you by who.
