Drives me insane when I read a news article and the author claims Bitcoin is not very useful as money because it’s “slow.”
That same article has no mention of L2 so the writer either does not know it exists or knows it exists and has purposely omitted it from their piece.
I’m starting to think it’s the latter.
It’s almost impossible not to know about scaling layers by now. So it’s either shoddy journalism, or a hit piece.
Shit drives me crazy. I listen to general finance podcasts where guys have owned Bitcoin for eight years and they don't know about lightning. They also refuse to understand why Bitcoin is different from a decentralization standpoint. They literally think that the only difference is "brand"
They’re clueless. Hopefully one days they’ll understand.
