What was your “wake up call”?

Me? It was my deployments.

Back & forth w/no change to areas we “liberated”

Back & forth w/people still wanting us gone (I don’t blame them)

Back & forth w/no proof of WMDs or even the Mf’ing consolation prize of cheaper gas in the U.S.

I knew the game was rigged. The winners already picked & neither my family or I were on the list to even be somewhat financially stable.

We were earmarked to work harder & harder on the hamster wheel of farming fiat (aka 🧻) forever. Work more to own & live less. It was…soul crushing 😔

Then, about a decade later…I found #Bitcoin

Such a painful lesson to learn. And so many are still going through this.

My wake up call was after years of managing my own investments for retirement. I enjoy led it as a hobby but found that it was taking up a large portion of my free time in order to keep ahead.

How much time do I want to devote to pushing money back and forth? What could I be building with that time instead: relationships, software, new skills?

Multiply that by our entire world. How much time is spent on moving money around instead of innovating? What are we missing in life because of this opportunity cost?

#Bitcoin is the hardest asset. Put money there and focus on building. We will all be better for it.
