This heatbit company is shit. I paid 1200 for a heatbit and it is a paper weight now. Stopped working after 2 months. Customer service just strimgs me along with excuses and its been over a month and i havent got a replacement. I finally initiated a charge back on my credit card.
If you want to see the email copies i can show you i saved them all.

I think it’s important to talk about customer service in this “start up” industry.
I’ve been burned by a few products as well.
