Hahaha yeah ima but if a lame, but yeah my one weakness is fucking cheeseburgers man, I can never help myself if I see a cheeseburger lol I sacrifice to enjoy things, so I cutout all sugars and as much processed foods as possible, I rarely eat out but if I do it’s usually some dirty burgers and fries. It’s very very pricey, especially the rarer strain, that’s the one I enjoy most but what I do is usually go to the asian markets where I live and get to know the owners and stuff lol they can score some really good cordy’s for a fair price. It helps me retain a “nature” feel through out the day like that energy you have 20 minutes after waking up type of energy, i fast a lot, love sit ups and inertia bikes for stamina. I’m awake for about 36 per 48 hrs usually. Sleep is the cousin of death 🤣 I’m also in my twenty’s so could be youth

Sleep regularly man, it's natural too. For me I do some yoga/ walking/meditation. I understand that you feel like a sacrifice for cut of sugar and processed food but normal food is healthy so no tradeoff, it's just the addictive flavorings you don't lose anything when you cut out 🍔.
Or maybe when you get older you will understand sleep 🙂. Also I'm a girl.
I’ll take your advice and sleep some more. I just have thee weirdest dreams every night lol yeah it just sucks being Native American I’m highly susceptible to Diabetes, I mean my build is a fit ectomorph so I don’t have to worry too much but it’s just a habit by now. I love meditating a monk from Nepal came and taught me this amazing breathing technique to do and I swear it’s like having no strings.
Yep, though admittedly I am lazy so just exercising breathing, for now. If you have some more time go somewhere quiet to meditate is good too.
