From citizen four film: several things I learned. There are NSA officers as well as local cops. But in Indiana they already bullied me into silence, they don't introduce themselves, don't act professional, don't know which officer is from where. Even if you're top secret CIA cops can still be feared. They're abusive or use abuse of power = scandal. Obviously need to get Ryan Reynolds on board.
