in the journal tablets of the last King of Nineveh, he discusses how he and the leading researchers of the time were speculating on whether on not the inside of the human liver was a mirror image of the heavens.

Now before you go off laughing at how backward and stupid they were, maybe check out the 'Starry sky appearance' in diagnosing liver problems.

Point is, they looked for answers which matched their world view. Which was the stars. Their priests and scholars and experts looked in the directions they knew.

This generation, full of AIs, quantum chips, and knowledge increase, is more sure that any generation before it, that they really know. No one before them did, but they totally do. Theyve got the science. And the data.

And because of this, i suspect that this generation may get it more wrong than they can currently imagine.

Modern humans have more tools now than ever to rationalise our own delusional arrogance, and not nearly enough hindsight to apply lessons learned beyond our most immediately recent past.

Break the cycle. Think critically. Study science & history.
