I don't think smart widgets is the right tool for that. But, we are free to create/propose any NIP we need and implement a client for that.
The MVP would be something, which expands the existing profile with additional fields, such as skills, experience, etc. And the actual job posts could use just NIP1, meaning normal notes.
Later, if this kicks off, things could be refined ofc.
Maybe I'm overthinking it, but wouldn't NIP1 for a job post be indistinguishable from non-job posts (gotta filter out the "GM"s)?
Right, but would that be a bad thing? That way regular Nostr clients would also display the job listings. For the LN-like client to only display the job listings you'd need to use a hashtag. Just like Swarmstr only shows notes with the hashtag # asknostr.
But that's just an MVP. Something that's good enough to start.
