I’m working on brining the entire political right to NOSTR. If they continue to escalate the censorship. It won’t be long before someone huge gets deplatformed and we see millions make the switch in 24/7.
When the TikTok band was first getting put into place. 105 million users downloaded Read note which is the Chinese knock off of TikTok and broke every record to begin the number one most downloaded app in all of history. All it’s gonna take is for one big name to say screw it. I’m done with that. I’m going to Noster and if it’s a Candace Owens , she gained 4 million subscribers on her YouTube channel in the last few months. She could bring 1 million over herself and I’m and I’m talking to all these people I’m going on their shows for interviews and I just keep Noster pilling each one of them and it won’t be long before I get some of them to come with me
I fully agree. How do you think they’d view the no follower revenue issue?
Have a wishlist for who’d you like to come over first?

One of the big problems with Nostr is onboarding and the Npub/key confusion.
It’ll get solved, but unfortunately transfers aren’t seamless. Damus does a great job of mitigating that. So, for new users Damus is the way.

I use primal right now and I tell everybody just like I do getting them in a bitcoin like these 12 words are the reason that the government can never get into your account so make sure you write them down engrave them into a metal plate. I send them tutorials on how to do it the right way and then I get them over here. I got Guy Christiansen over here his first tweet or second tweet first day for sure gets retweeted by Jack Dorsey and he makes 30,000 Satoshi‘s And his first few hours on Noster. The tweet went viral so it’s definitely something that you have to have a passion for and want to actively post over here. But I’m forcing myself to do it and every day I’m getting a little bit more and a little bit more and a little bit more so once I get up to you know five or 10,000 followers over here and I’m generating even the smallest amount of money. You know a few thousands to a day I’ll make NOSTR a global name.
I’m a few films away from taking my Documentary filmmaking to the next level and I do that because I specialize in child trafficking I used to be a bitcoin. I’m always a bitcoin at heart but I don’t put out bitcoin content that much anymore. But every about 5 to 8 films, I make a bitcoin film or bitcoin related topic. Next, I’m going to make one on Noster once my following gets up to like 1 million on X. I’m gonna make a video on Noster and I’m gonna try to bring a majority of my followers over here, but I need to be able to show that I’m generating revenue and like it can be Anyone can do it. He would have to be wanting to do it and willing to put the time in and I’m gonna show them like you know this took me six months but look I’m making 10 or $20 a day in bitcoin and in reality that’s gonna be $100 a day or $1000 a day you know what I’m saying it’s bitcoin so it goes up and up and up. It’s free bitcoin and I think a lot of people that post all the time and we’re all demonetized on every platform anyways so why not come over here and document history in real Time I could talk about this all day

Every day I get more and more people to join Oscar and one by one we will grow I think the inflection point is like 5% or 10% and if you can get the small majority to move, the rest will follow. I’m praying that they make some upgrade features where you can press a button and my ex style feed turns into a TikTok style feed like you could just click one button and transform a profile from Twitter format to vertical videos only and I think when those features get implemented if they do, you could have one app that has the same features as TikTok, YouTube and X all in one app, it would be pretty bad ass. I think a lot of people would be willing to make that shift.

I would say that the biggest issue right now is live streaming and being able to upload longform content. For example, I just broke my Documentary up into 25 minute segments so each one was under one gig and I’ve uploaded them but they won’t even play they stay frozen and they don’t even display a thumbnail so once those issues get fixed, I think I was gonna be the most important once I can start streaming from Noster and if it has a better user experience than live streaming on YouTube for your guests that are interacting with your live chat, and it actually saves the live chat after the live stream ends. Those are probably the most important things to really getting the masses over here. Rumble tried the uploading video feature first and nobody was using rumble and then once they added, live streams, they went from like a few hundred thousand users to like millions almost instantly.
One other thing to consider as well is privacy
Your data’s going through someone else’s else’s server, so it’s something to consider for new users.

Hi Ryan, you can try shosho for streaming. You can go live from your phone and see your live chat. All chats are available from your profile after stream ends.
If you have friends at the other platform that you were talking about to onboard people, I’d love to interview them. I’ll be back in the country in the beginning of August so maybe we could set up an interview and I’ll bring them on my podcast we can try to onboard more people.
