Mallers' is easier for me to understand. They are a business that holds Bitcoin and issues stock. The stock has to be fixed, so that when the Bitcoin increases, the stats per share increases, and the investors gain value. At least, that's the promise.

With all their connections I doubt it'll be so simple.
