Yes! Nihilist, narcissistic book with no plot or point. Wish I could get those 8 hours of my life back. Holden could have at least had the common courtesy to off himself in the end.
It only made sense in my head that he snapped out of it. I can't imagine anyone being that self absorbed any longer than what was read.
