i had issues with gout in a large part due to a drinking problem (lots of coopers stout) combined with a high intake of cabbage in salads, and then add into the mix occasional methamphetamine use and sitting at a computer a lot
i'm not saying this to promote anyone's agenda just to be aware that consuming foods with a lot of oxalic acid does indeed contribute specifically to gout which is a condition that arises in combination with other problems
not long after that time i discovered lugol's iodine and that greatly diminished several of the mitigating factors that were keeping me stuck in a vicious cycle
it's a combination of things, obsessive behaviour, neurochemical imbalances, and a diet that is out of balance leading to perpetuation of the neurochemical imbalance and flowing outwards to other conditions that further compound the problem
it just should be pointed out because there is a lot of propaganda these days about "eating vegetables is good for you, yada yada vegan hogwash" and actually if you are not already mentally stable, it can in fact help you go downhill even further, as i experienced
they also say that supplementing iodine is dangerous but actually iodine and combined with high salt intake is really good for rebalancing your immune system and reducing a lot of random mental problems that stem from too much bromine and fluoride in your system
