Not on carnivore but eating mostly meat, eggs and some vegetables

I eat carbs 2-3 times per week, but will probably remove them completely from my diet soon, it's like I get a sugar rush after a meal with carbs

Yeah I’m trying to eat way less carbs. I’m not pro zero carbs. Just skipping the processed carbs but keeping fruits, vegetables

And I’m keeping max 2 meals with rice or potatoes or pasta per week because it’s otherwise impossible to have a social life. But if I can I will skip them anyway

As long as you're not having issues specifically caused by carbs, which some people might have, it's perfectly fine to have them here or there, but as you said better to avoid processed shit
