So far it’s awesome. I’m eating far less calories, never feeling full nor hungry, better mood and more energy! I might get slightly bored eventually, but I’ll keep it up for as long as I can

That’s what everyone reports after switching to carnivore diet. I moved on to add fruits and dairy later.
Yeah tbf I’m keeping coffee, tea, dairy and a tiny amount of herbs, and I haven’t tried organ meat yet. So it’s not the most restrictive diet. Eventually I plan to gradually add garlic and onion, and some seasonal vegetables and fruits.
Natural foods should mostly be okay. Anything your grandparents would’ve eaten.
